PEER ASSISTED LEADERSHIP

Peer Assisted Leadership (PAL's) was created by the students and teachers upon inception of Pebble Beach Middle School. PAL's is intended to serve as a stress free environment where students of need (Rookies) receive tutorial help from other students (Coaches and Veterans) in a before, during and after school setting. Each Coach (8th graders) and Veteran (7th graders) involved in PAL's will have a group of Rookies (6th graders), to tutor and help with personal issues. PAL student workers must have at least a 3.0 GPA and be in good standing with the school in all manners.
